What we collect

AgentPrep collects the minimum needed to run your certification-prep account:

• Account identity: your email (via Google sign-in through Clerk, or the email you send Stripe at checkout), your Telegram id/username if you use the bot, and your language/timezone preference.
• Study data: your answers, XP, streak, mastery per domain and which certification you're studying — this is the whole point of the product.
• License data: your license key's status and expiration (never the payment details themselves — those live with Stripe, see below).
• Anonymous analytics: a random visitor id (cookie agp_vid) and, if you arrived via a campaign link, first-touch attribution tags (cookie agp_attr) — neither is ever linked to your name or email.

Stripe (payments)

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us only what we need to run your subscription: your email, a subscription id, and its status/renewal date. Managing or cancelling your subscription (the "Manage subscription" button in Account) takes you to Stripe's own secure billing portal.

Clerk (sign-in)

Signing in on the web app uses Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, with "Continue with Google" as the only method. Clerk handles the OAuth flow with Google; we only receive your Clerk user id and email once you're signed in — we never see your Google password.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies, none of them third-party ad trackers:

• agp_session — keeps you logged in on the web app.
• agp_vid — an anonymous random id so we can tell unique from returning visitors on the landing page.
• agp_attr — remembers which campaign link (if any) first brought you here, for 30 days.
• lang — remembers your landing-page language choice.

Your rights (GDPR/LGPD)

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Since we're a small team, the fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp from the homepage, or email contato@agentprep.dev. We'll respond and act within a reasonable time.

Data retention & sharing

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable backup window. We never sell your data. It's shared only with the processors named above (Stripe, Clerk) strictly to run the product, and with our hosting/analytics infrastructure needed to operate it.
