Terms of Service

The service

AgentPrep is an independent study coach for Anthropic's certification exams: original scenario-based practice questions, a Telegram bot, a Claude Code skill and a web app. AgentPrep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, used here only to describe compatibility with its certification programs. We do not guarantee you will pass any exam.

Free plan and subscription

AgentPrep has a permanent free plan (a daily 3-question practice, your mastery per domain) — no trial, no card required. AgentPrep Pro unlocks the full daily quest, unlimited practice, the mock exam in Claude Code and your exact ready-by date, and is sold in two recurring plans: weekly (US$ 4.99/week, or R$ 19,99/week for Brazilian cards) and annual (US$ 49.90/year, or R$ 249,99/year for Brazilian cards) — taxes included where applicable. Both renew automatically — the weekly plan every week, the annual plan every year — at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file with Stripe, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Account screen's "Manage subscription" button (Stripe's billing portal). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to the free plan — your progress, XP and streak are never deleted.

Refunds

Refunds are considered case-by-case — message us on WhatsApp from the homepage, or email contato@agentprep.dev, within 7 days of a purchase you didn't intend, or if the product materially failed to work as described. Beyond that window, refunds are at our discretion, without prejudice to any refund right that applies to you by law in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Your license key and account are for your own personal use. Don't share your key, scrape or redistribute the question bank, or attempt to bypass the free-plan limits. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.

Liability

AgentPrep is provided "as is", as a study aid — not a guarantee of exam results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
